The Challenge

Honey & Fig’s website did not fully support their goals, as customers struggled to navigate the ordering process and personalize orders, highlighting the need for a more seamless and reliable online experience.

The project redesigned the Honey & Fig website with a clean, user-friendly interface that simplified browsing, customization, and checkout while supporting secure payments and reinforcing the brand’s premium feel.

Making it Real

Research

I began by gathering insights through stakeholder conversations, competitive analysis, and user interviews to understand both the business goals and customer needs. The research revealed that customers valued customization, a simple mobile ordering experience, and a dependable delivery process that matched the premium feel of Honey & Fig’s products.

User Flows & Wirferames

Next, I translated those insights into early wireframes that focused on simplifying the browsing, customization, and checkout experience. The designs prioritized a mobile friendly layout and intuitive ordering flow, which were then refined into more polished, branded screens that reinforced Honey & Fig’s premium feel while making ordering quick and easy.

Prototyping & Final Design

With the UI system in place, I created high-fidelity mockups and built an interactive prototype to bring the experience to life. The final designs focus on clean navigation, curated visuals, and an editorial feel that sets BAG apart from traditional subscription services.
